Lake County DAC, a non-profit organization that provides community based support for adults with developmental disabilities, is seeking an experienced full-time Designated Coordinator.
Under the direction of the Executive Director, this position is responsible for delivery and evaluation of program services, leadership and supervision of program staff working under the MN 245D statute.
Duties include staff development, scheduling, training, program writing, program implementation, direct care and oversight of the DAC's responsibility assigned in each person's Coordinated Service and Support Plan. In addition, you will evaluate the effectiveness of service delivery, methodologies, and progress on each consumers outcomes based on measurable and observable criteria.
Preferred candidates will have a 4-year degree in Human Services or a related field with at least one year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, computer skills and possess a valid MN driver's license. In addition, you need to have a strong passion and desire to develop staff and the individuals we work with to their full potential.
